We Invite You...

...To feast your eyes on some fantastically unique wedding invitations!

Most people go with classic script fonts and muted colors, but these definitely have a different personality! I love paper goods and the creative design behind invitations, so I thought I would throw some out here for you to peruse.

These examples show styles and designs that can be used for any type of invitation, whether that is for a wedding, birthday party, or even a family reunion.

Completely Covered in Color!
These examples of invitations are busy in a good way, graphically bold, and use a variety of fonts and visual elements. They are colorful, playful, and scream fun.

Old-School Circus
These invitations include bold stripes and have that old-timey country fair vibe. They really call attention to the "main attraction."

Block O' Words
These cards are simple and to the point. They are visually strong and suggest stability. The white space gives your eye a break and the use of different font sizes is effective in communicating the most important words or dates.

Cartoony
These invites use illustrations and pictures to say "We're a quirky couple, and our wedding is going to be a blast. We don't take ourselves too seriously."

Rustic
These examples are for the couple who is having their wedding in a barn. They most likely have started stockpiling twine for all the ways they are going to use it to decorate their special day. These cards show that they love nature and don't want to overly style their wedding to look uptight.

  1. I love that you let your pictures do the talking. It definitely keeps the focus on the design and off the writing (which is a good thing). Wedding invitations may not exactly be useful to me right now, but invitations in general are kinda a big deal. Great post
